Privacy

Plain language: we collect the minimum we need to run the site, we don't sell anything, and you can delete your data at any time by emailing hello[at]vysmo.com .

Who we are

Vysmo is operated by Maesto LLC, a California limited liability company at 10660 Treena St #230, San Diego, California 92131. For any privacy question, contact hello[at]vysmo.com .

What we collect, and why

• Newsletter signups. Your email address, the page on the site you subscribed from, your IP address at the moment of signup, and timestamps. We use this to send you the update emails you asked for and to keep an audit trail in case of an abuse claim.
• Account sign-in. If you sign in with a magic link, your email address (used as the account identifier). Authentication uses first-party session cookies — no third-party tracking cookies are set.
• Studio presets and favorites. If you save a preset in the text Studio or favorite a transition / effect / text preset, we store the preset data plus your account identifier so we can show it back to you on other devices.
• Feature requests. If you submit a request via the in-app request box, we store the request text plus your account identifier.
• Anonymous analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count pageviews. It is cookieless and does not identify you individually.

We do not collect anything else. No advertising trackers, no session replay, no fingerprinting.

Who else handles your data

We rely on three vendors. All store data in the United States.

• Supabase hosts our Postgres database and handles authentication. Supabase privacy policy .
• Resend delivers transactional email (magic links, newsletter welcomes). Resend privacy policy .
• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics. Cloudflare privacy policy .

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone outside this list.

How long we keep it

• Newsletter rows are kept until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribe we keep the row marked unsubscribed (we don't re-add anyone) but stop sending.
• Account data is kept until you delete your account. Deletion removes your auth row plus every preset, favorite, and request you saved.
• Analytics retention is governed by Cloudflare and is at most a few weeks of aggregated, anonymous totals.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Send you a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Delete your account and everything tied to it.
• Stop sending you newsletter emails (one-click unsubscribe is in every send).
• Correct anything that's wrong.

Email hello[at]vysmo.com and we'll respond within 7 days. Account holders can also unsubscribe via the link in any newsletter we've sent.

Cookies

Only first-party cookies, used to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International transfers

Data is stored in the United States. If you visit the site from outside the US, you accept that your data is processed there.

Changes

If we make a meaningful change to this policy we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes we'll also email subscribers.
